Do you have your own products and equipment or do you use mine?This is a very common misconception. On the very rare occasion I will use the clients products/equipment only ever on request to do so. I believe using my own products/equipment reassures myself and the client that the best standards have been met. On the odd occasion I have ran out of something or my equipment has broke, I have been known to use the clients. Along with this I very often get asked what chemicals I use, purely for the clients curiosity or because there have preferred chemicals, smells they do/don't like or because they have requirement for household needs.

Are you insured? Or even qualified?You cannot please everyone, especially when it comes to clients asking for qualifications for your cleaning. I have never taken a course, but feel after having basic standards of cleanliness, its something everyone can understand. Over time I believe I know a lot more then I did 6 years ago. So when I get asked now, I reply with - '' Well I have 6 years of experience '' Insurance is a must when holding keys and being in peoples homes. Its called Public Liability and yes I have had it for the entire time and never needed to claim. Its more reassurance for the client if anything.

Do you have any references?Not as common as the other questions, but one to be said often. I always give the option of references as it gives the new client an idea of whom they are letting into their home. I normally give them 2/3 numbers so they can get a mixed opinion from multiple clients in hope it reassures them.

Payments Accepted
Payment is to be paid on the same day/week of the cleaning session. Very rare circumstances I have allowed to be paid monthly payments. Cash or Online is preferable also.
Cancellation Policy
Anyone who doesn't give 48 hours notice of a cancellation will have to pay the cancellation fee which is the amount accountable for the session booked. Anyone who is permanently cancelling a weekly slot, is required to provide 1 months notice at least.
Satisfaction Guarantee
This is based on a level of respect and communication. If you notify me when you are not happy with my standards of cleaning, then I will do my best to correct them to your level. If they are still unsatisfied then you will get your money back for that time it takes to do the chosen task at hand you are dissatisfied with.
